Review Time : Adara Coconut Oil

I recieved some adara products about a year ago...but didn't really know exactly what to do with them or if I could really trust them. And when I did use them it was with much fear. But this spring I decided to swallow up my fear and try it out and well the results are just fantastic!


These adara oils can be the plain virgin coconut oil or the scented ones. And the beauty of it all is that it all natural. The scented ones will contain the virgin coconut oil with oils from whatever the scent may be, such as peach oil or rose oil. These are the two that I have tried and absolutely love!

Uses
This product can be used on the hair or the skin. I preferably use it in my hair because it has helped improve my hair the most. On the skin if your at a point where your skin is very dry and has things such as eczema it helps a lot and I mean a lot. Coconut oil is one of those natural oils that our body is obsessed with because of all the benefits that come with it. Such as vitamin E, protein, contains antioxidants and has these special triglycerides which help to improve our hair and skin.

On my hair I use it after I have washed it or sometimes I will make  a protein mask (at least one to two times a month this should be done and no more than that) to just revitalize my hair and it totally does! Lately I've noticed a lot of differences in my hair such as it is stronger, growing at a better pace, and I used to get really bad dandruff but now that's almost virtually gone. Sometimes I will add a bit to my conditioner so that I have that very nice finish. In addition each night before I go to bed, I put a little bit in my hair to keep it nourished and prevent dryness.

I really love the Heavenly Peach one because it has a nice uplifting scent, but I tend to use the Innocent Rose scent a little more ; )

I feel like I've been giving away too many five stars these days haha but this product truly delivers and I love it.
